Production Time
The creation of your coat takes approximately 6 to 15 business days. Every stage — from cutting to stitching to finishing — is completed by experienced atelier craftsmen. You will receive an update once your piece enters the final finishing stage.

Shipping Time
After production is complete, your order is shipped with insured DHL Express Worldwide. Delivery within Europe typically takes between 3 and 10 business days. International delivery averages 4 to 10 business days.
The total estimated time from placing your order to receiving it is generally 14 to 27 days.

Maison Ardenza offers free worldwide express shipping. Whether you are located in Germany, Europe, the United States, the Middle East, or anywhere else in the world, your order is shipped at no additional cost.
