    Maison Ardenza (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates this website and offers handcrafted leather pieces produced exclusively on a made-to-order basis. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

  2. Pre-Order Production
    All items are individually crafted after the order is placed. Production requires approximately 9–15 days. This timeline may vary depending on workload, season, and material availability. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept our made-to-order system.

  3. Pricing and Payments
    All prices displayed on our website are final and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and verified third-party providers. We do not store or access full payment details.

  4. Shipping
    Shipping times vary by destination. The average total delivery window is 14–27 days, including production and transit. All orders are shipped insured and include full tracking. Delays caused by customs, carriers, or external circumstances are outside our control.

  5. Returns and Exchanges
    Because each item is handcrafted specifically for the customer who orders it, standard returns cannot be accepted. Returns or exchanges are available only in cases where the delivered item is incorrect, damaged, or has a confirmed manufacturing defect. Full details can be found in our Returns & Exchanges policy.

  6. Warranty
    All Maison Ardenza products include a 12-month craftsmanship warranty covering stitching, lining, zipper systems, and structural leather integrity. Damage caused by misuse or improper care is not covered under warranty.

  7. Intellectual Property
    All designs, images, videos, text, and brand elements on this website are the exclusive property of Maison Ardenza and are protected by copyright. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

  8. Privacy
    Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to the handling of your information as described therein.

  9. Limitation of Liability
    We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, including delays, lost profits, or misuse.
